Invoiking WebService through Siebel Application and we are getting below error message.

This application is working for last 15 months and we are invoking webservice(client) from 4 Solaris servers, But out of 4 servers, we are getting the above exception from only one server. At this point we are not sure whether this issue is happening recently of from the starting.
Please help us to debug and fix this issue.
