[Bug 69580] Stream not closed cleanly during simple 304 response.

Hi, is the patch applied? I still can reproduce this error in versions 2.4.62
and 2.4.63.
config:
Header set Cache-Control "public, max-age=0"
CacheRoot "/var/cache/httpd"
CacheEnable disk /

curl https://192.168.0.112/test  -H 'If-Modified-Since: Tue, 15 Sep 2025
15:00:01 GMT'  -k
curl: (92) HTTP/2 stream 1 was not closed cleanly: STREAM_CLOSED (err 5)
