Webdav is not preccessing special chars right.

Summary: Webdav is not preccessing special chars right.
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.47
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.rpgzine.org:8080
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: mod_dav
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: urso@floripa.com.br

The autoindex module produces for ç %c3%a7 and the webdav
%E7 when navigating to a directory. I am not experienced with charset
conversion but seems to me that autoindex is using UTF and dav ISOLATIN on the
same server. This should not match?

I tryed to change the default charset in my http.conf but this does not have
impact on any of this encodings.

By the way, when I use %E7 I have a not found, but apache says the name of the
directory right.

I do not know if this is a webdav/encoding issue or it is a winnt issue.
