In the Client Installation Guide, in section 9.2.2, Configure Data Sources, it describes an odbc.ini file to use with the Unix ODBC driver and the odb utility. It contains the line "AppUnicodeType=utf16" which does not work correctly with odb anymore. This line should be removed.
