The {{LastCompaction}} and {{LastCleanup}} properties exposed by {{SegmentRevisionGC}} are timestamps formatted according to the machine-specified locale. To be portable and more easily parsed from non-human users (e.g. monitoring infrastructure), it would probably be better to expose those timestamps as plain long values.
