signin panel - Page constructor called

I have a signin panel included in the header of all my pages.
The signin form is similar to the exemple.

If on one page, PhoneList, I click the submit button of the signin panel,
PhoneList constructor is called first,
then the signin method.

How can I avoid the PhoneList constructor to be called before submitting the
signin form ?
