[jira] Created: (CONFIGURATION-352) Documentation: Project welcome
page has broken link to Maven repository
Documentation: Project welcome page has broken link to Maven repository
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: CONFIGURATION-352
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CONFIGURATION-352
Project: Commons Configuration
Issue Type: Task
Components: Documentation
Reporter: Martin Dickey
Priority: Minor
The Configuration project welcome page (http://commons.apache.org/configuration/) has a broken link to the Maven repository.
The broken link points to http://repo1.maven.org/maven/commons-configuration/jars/
Sorry, I don't know what the correct link is. Perhaps it should be the ibiblio repository? That is:
http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/commons-configuration/jars/

Oliver Heger commented on CONFIGURATION-352:
--------------------------------------------
Thank you for spotting this. Not sure why this link does not work any more. We should probably update it to point to the maven2 repository at http://repo1.maven.org/maven2.
Currently the home page is in an intermediate state between the last official 1.5 release and the upcoming 1.6 release. I hope that 1.6 is not too far in the future, so we can update the page then.
