IotDB-Quality is being developed as a class project in a University in China.

The Students have signed ICLAs for their Contributions, as has the Professor.

Is an SGA also required? This would be the case if the IP were Owned by the University. If this is the case, who at the University should sign the SGA? Is there any case law for this in China?
