urgent to me How to manage rpcxml calls to curl

Hi,
I am try to build debian for project using actviemq beside xmlrpc using
libxml2. it works on a old server but when I try to build debian in new
system I reache to this error:
error: macro "curl_easy_setopt" requires 3 arguments, but only 2 given
I have used C++ libs for my project. is there any body knows the problem?
