   ASF is still discouraging us from using Github Discussions for Pekko team business - that Discussions is meant more for user forums.

   I don't think all the discussions in https://github.com/mdedetrich/akka-apache-project/discussions need to be brought to the pekko dev mailing list but we could email any that don't relate to the Pekko incubation proposal.
   
   We could possibly do this on a lazy basis - any discussions that start up again could be moved to the dev mailing list.
