This msg is from the error log ... according to Marshall this plugin operates on jars when invoked from the cmdline but when invoked from Eclipse it is given the classes folder which it cannot handle.

Resolution: Not A Problem
I can only sometimes reproduce, getting Error Log entries for uimaj-as-osgi-runtime & uimaj-ep-runtime, but the build appears to be OK. Also unchecking the "Resolve dependencies from Workspace projects" box in the project's Properties / Maven should avoid the problem.
