Currently the documentation (including docstrings) for the sparse tensor classes and methods is very... sparse. It would be nice to make those approachable.

(also, a suggestion: rename {{SparseCSRIndex::indptr()}} to something else? perhaps {{SparseCSRIndex::row_indices()}}?)
