Vikas Kumar created RANGER-5387:
-----------------------------------
Summary: KMS Zonekey metadata should return the key rotation timestamp for rotated versions
Key: RANGER-5387
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-5387
Project: Ranger
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: kms
Affects Versions: 2.7.0
Reporter: Vikas Kumar
Assignee: Vikas Kumar
Fix For: 3.0.0
*Current behaviour:*
get key metadata API always returns the original zone key creation date & time.
*Expectation:*
KMS API should allow the user to fetch data & time of specific key version ( in case of key rotation).
*Use Case:*
If customer needs to rotate zone key based on some org policy (like once every quarter), they need to know when was the current key rotated ?
