[jira] Updated: (JS2-677) Site Manager UI improvements

David Sean Taylor updated JS2-677:
----------------------------------

Some additional bugs found by Tony Chan:

- using special characters such as "+" cause errors
- saving a short title with the + character as in "Forms+Policies" will drop the + character (creating pages with + in the name seems to have this too)
- on an empty folder that has not been loaded (i.e. not expanded yet), if a new element is created, it will show up twice in the tree
- right clicking on an element in the tree doesn't actually select that element (even though that element is underlined on hover)
- created a sibling page using the Jetspeed page customiser. She named her page "a+b" and it created a_2Bb.psml for her. While in page edit mode on that new page, she tried the delete page button. The page was removed but she was forwarded to a 500 internal error page.

> The Site Manager is experiencing some Dojo UI misbehaviors:
> 1. The scroll-bar is no longer working. When it does appear, it overlaps the popup screens
> 2. The cursor is not displaying for popup entry fields
> 3. The buttons are un-readable (black on blue, should be white on blue)
