svn diff for added files works inconsistently
Hello!
I've discovered that svn diff works for added files if specifying just
revision range, but does not work if also specifying the filename. Is
it known bug?
pent@neo:~$ cat /etc/issue
Debian GNU/Linux squeeze/sid
pent@neo:~$ svn ?
usage: svn <subcommand> [options] [args]
Subversion command-line client, version 1.6.3.
pent@neo:~$ svn di http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk -c841356
<works>
pent@neo:~$ svn di
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/CHANGES -c841356
svn: Unable to find repository location for
'http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/CHANGES' in revision
841355

I don't know. It depends on if and when someone decides to pick it up
and fixes it. It's certainly an annoying bug.

I don't know. It depends on if and when someone decides to pick it up

Looking at the lack of activity, I wouldn't bet on it. Unless you want
to submit a patch.
