    METRICS-1988: add confluent-telemetry directory to kafka classpath (#381)
    
    This patch adds `share/java/confluent-telemetry` to Kafka's classpath as a place to install the confluent-metrics jar needed for the telemetry reporter. While the telemetry reporter is not installed by default with ccs Kafka, we'd like to support it.
