[PR] Backport Bulk Import test to 2.1 [accumulo]
ArbaazKhan1 opened a new pull request, #6113:
URL: https://github.com/apache/accumulo/pull/6113
I added the `testManyTabletAndFiles()` test from main to the 2.1 branch. The test provides coverage for bulk import with many files.

Review Comment:
```suggestion
var futures = new ArrayList<Future<?>>();
```
This was probably just copy&pasted from another test but `futures` gets added to for every entry in `imports` so to avoid confusion, probably best to just remove the initial capacity.
