At the moment, [[Module] Runner|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=ignite3_Test_IntegrationTests_ModuleRunner&tab=buildTypeStatusDiv&branch_ignite3_Test_IntegrationTests=__all_branches__] can take more than 20 minutes, not a small part of this time is spent on testing modules related to the SQL. 

I propose to take out the SQL tests in a separate suite, we can make a selection by following packages:
* *org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine*
* *org.apache.ignite.internal.runner.app.jdbc*
* *org.apache.ignite.internal.sql*
