Error in Authentication with LDAP

Hi

Im tyring to use openLdap for authentication with jetspeed. Jetspeed is
able to talk to the communicate with Ldap but fails to complete the
connection process and i get the following on the ldap server. If anyone
knows why im getting this error then please inform me what im doing wrong
here.
