One page is NOT available
I browser the bluysky website and find that one page is NOT avaiable (
http://incubator.apache.org/User_guide.html). some work to fix it should be
done. I guess the page to permission is low.

All the website pages are available at [1]. You should be able to
submit patches to update the contents or provide new content.

o yeah,I find that some URLs in different pages on bluesky website,
which should be the same URL, are different.
e.g. the URL of "User guide" item on
http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/index.html is:
http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/files/html/User_guide.html
but the URL of the same item on
http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/files/html/lib_support.html is altered
as:
http://incubator.apache.org/User_guide.html
I think it is the factor that leads to access error!

Maybe you say that it is the low permission that prevents you accessing
such page instead of "I guess the page to permission is low".
