   **Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe what you are trying to do.**
   I want ballista to persist session data so after restarting ballista-cli I wouldn't need to create same tables again
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   I guess it's possible to save some meta information in etcd or sled
