  Walked through the Axis Internal Message Exchange interfaces and 
prototype

TODO's
  * Allow application to callback to lower levels (James, Jaime)
  * Combine MessageExchange, MessageReceiver, MessageExchangeSynchronizer 
interfaces (James)
  * Potential Todo: add receive() operation to MessageExchange (probably 
won't do this for now)
  * Start working on Client api?   (Sonic will put together a proposal)
  * Add lifecycle methods (init/shutdown/awaitShutdown) to MessageExchange 
or ConfigurableMessageExchange (James)
  * Check with Jim Knutson(IBM) about J2EE threading issues (re: JSR-109)

  * Start exploring changes to Providers/Transports (Sonic)
  * Set up weekly call (3-4 weeks) to continue discussions

Updates
  * Sonic to deliver SonicMQ license to Sam Ruby today
  * Sonic writing tests for JMS transport
  * Sonic preparing proposal for JMS URL syntax
