    [Console] Fix streampark-flink-sqlclient artifactId mismatch in assembly packaging and jar lookup (#4485)
    
    * fix(assembly): match streampark-flink-sqlclient's post-migration artifactId in dist packaging
    
    streampark-flink-sqlclient dropped its Scala cross-build artifactId suffix
    when the module was migrated from Scala to Java, but
    streampark-console-service/src/main/assembly/assembly.xml still referenced
    the old streampark-flink-sqlclient_${scala.binary.version} coordinate in
    both the lib/ exclude list and the client/ include list. Maven's
    dependencySet include/exclude match on exact artifactId, so the stale
    pattern silently matched nothing: the jar fell through to lib/ (wrong -- it
    belongs in client/, the per-Flink-version submission jar directory) and was
    never copied to client/, where FlinkPipelineController#buildApplication
    expects to find it before it will build/release a Flink SQL application.
    
    streampark-spark-sqlclient is untouched -- it is still Scala cross-built and
    keeps the _${scala.binary.version} suffix.
    
    Reproduced via POST /flink/pipe/build, which failed with "can't found
    streampark-flink-sqlclient jar in .../client" against the previous build.
    
    * fix(console): match streampark-flink-sqlclient's post-migration artifactId in ServiceHelper lookup
    
    Same root cause as the assembly.xml fix in this branch: streampark-flink-sqlclient
    dropped its Scala cross-build artifactId suffix in #4462, but
    ServiceHelper.getFlinkSqlClientJar() still built its filename-matching regex as
    streampark-flink-sqlclient_<scalaVersion>-*.jar. With the assembly fix alone,
    the jar lands correctly in client/ but this regex still never matches it, so
    POST /flink/pipe/build keeps failing with "can't found streampark-flink-sqlclient
    jar in .../client" -- both fixes are required together to unblock building a
    Flink SQL application end to end.
    
    getSparkSqlClientJar() is untouched -- streampark-spark-sqlclient is still Scala
    cross-built and keeps its _${scalaVersion} suffix.
