[discovery] commons-discovery-0.2-dev.jar missing from ibiblio ?

Hello.
I am building an ear with Maven2. I need commons-discovery-0.2-dev.jar 
I checked at 
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/commons-discovery/commons-discovery/0.2-dev/ 
which is (now) empty.

Could it be missing from ibiblio ?  I am not looking at the right place ?

There is a 
http://people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/commons-discovery/jars/commons-discovery-0.2-dev.jar
but I am not sure at all that is the reference thingy to be used.

Do you specifically need the dev version? You can find the release here [1].
