[users@httpd] httpd access is denied error in win server 2012

Hi Guys,


I am using the following command to launch Apache on server 2012:


c:\Apache24\bin\httpd.exe"  -d C:/Apache24 -k runservice

However i keep getting the error access is denied, even though i run cmd as administrator.

Can anyone help me with this ?
