When a schema comes from a file or URL, we need to have access to the file/line-number type information for diagnostic messaging. 

From what I can see,  this library starts from a w3c DOM Document object for each schema file/URL and those do not have this information. 

Is is feasible to enhance this library so that this kind of file/line information would be available for use in diagnostic messages?
