[PR] Remove the unused maven-dependency-tree dependency [geronimo-arthur]

   `NativeImageMojo` injects a `DependencyGraphBuilder` it never calls; the dependency graph already comes from `ProjectDependenciesResolver`. Removing the field drops maven-dependency-tree, and what it pulls in, from the plugin's dependencies.
   
   Verified: `mvn verify -pl arthur-maven-plugin -am` on JDK 17 → BUILD SUCCESS (with `-Drat.skip`; RAT flags `.asf.yaml` on master, which this PR does not touch).
