UploadAction

The UploadAction is currently defined within the following sitemaps

src/webapp/global-sitemap.xmap
src/webapp/sitemap.xmap
src/webapp/lenya/pubs/default/usecase-bxeng.xmap
src/webapp/lenya/usecase.xmap

whereas the configuration of the action isn't the same everywhere, e.g.

src/webapp/global-sitemap.xmap
src/webapp/sitemap.xmap

Is there a reason for this?

btw, I have written a little UploadHelper in order to use it with flow
and being able to replace the Action with flow. Also I am currently 
exploring
why Cocoon doesn't contain the cocoon-upload.jar library linked from
