Currently, ContentTypeField::getMimeType getMediaType, getSubtype getCharset returns raw strings.

As such we did not rely on Mime4J POJOs as part of the mailbox-api strong typing effort (see https://github.com/linagora/james-project/pull/3335#discussion_r415936255)

We should strong type those field in mime4j, which would be a breaking change from a library user point of view, though upgrade should still remain easy.
