IGNITE-10279 unifies options / arguments naming format.

but in the mean time, new option _excludeCaches_ introduced to _--cache idle_verify_  do not fit that format:

--cache idle_verify [--dump] [--skip-zeros] [--excludeCaches cache1,...,cacheN|[--cache-filter ALL|SYSTEM|PERSISTENT|NOT_PERSISTENT]|cache1,...,cacheN]
 
     Verify counters and hash sums of primary and backup partitions for the specified caches on an idle cluster and print out the differences, if any.
