   @rymurr, what changed in Arrow between 0.1.0 and 0.2.0? This isn't part of Iceberg's API, but it is plausible that someone could use the iceberg-arrow module. I'm wondering if that would be likely to break direct uses. I suspect that we should include even major version updates to Arrow in our minor version releases, although not in the patch releases.
