[PR] test: validate generated site readiness [bifromq-sites]

visoar opened a new pull request, #80:
URL: https://github.com/apache/bifromq-sites/pull/80

   ## Summary

   - extend the existing post-build policy script instead of adding a crawler or test framework
   - validate external resource requests, indexable-page metadata, H1s, canonical/sitemap parity, robots, social images, JSON-LD, DOAP, and representative ASF site chrome
   - preserve the homepage and MQTT guide search metadata for Apache MQTT broker intent
   - provide one CI command, pnpm run check:site, that builds and validates the generated site

   ## Stack

   - Base: #79
   - This PR: focused whole-build readiness checks

Merge bottom-up: #74, #78, #79, then this PR. After each parent merges, rebase the next branch onto master and retarget its PR.

   ## Validation

   - pnpm run typecheck
   - pnpm run check:site
   - result: Site policy checks passed for 124 indexable pages (5 titles longer than 70 characters)
   - confirmed sitemap contains exactly the same 124 canonical indexable URLs
   - confirmed the complete generated site has no cross-domain script, image, iframe, font, stylesheet, preload, or CSS resource requests

   Closes #77
   Refs #71
