jk_nt_service: Bug in path

Just to report a (minor) bug in the NT service program jk_nt_service
(1.1; btw: is there a newer binary build version to download?).

You cannot install Tomcat as a service with jk_nt_service, if the path
to the bins contains a blank character, such as in "Program Files". 
jk_nt_service will then take the "Files" part as parameter ;-)

Use the DOS path such as:

c:\progra~1\apache~1\tomcat\jk_nt_service

translated from:

c:\program files\apache group\tomcat\jk_nt_service
