   In cluster mode, when files are uploaded to the cluster, the program only needs the file name to read the files, and does not need multi-level directories.By recognizing the cluster mode, extract the file name after - C / - config to splice Arg again.This close #1743 with Purpose of this pull request.[BenJFan](https://github.com/BenJFan)thank you to help me
