pot file for translation

Hi Folks,

I have heard rumors that there exists a script to create a po(t)emplate 
file for the translation. Since I'm unable to find it and don't want to 
use spanish as the base for the german translation, maybe some kind soul 
could either:
a) point me to the script or
b) mail it to me or
c) create a pot file and place it in the repository e.g. 
subversion/po/default.pot

needless to mention, that I think that c) is the best solution :-)

Hi Lübbe,

Because there is a patch waiting to be applied which adds more strings for
translation, I was waiting to adapt the build system with such additions.

You can find (most of the time) past discussion at
http://www.contactor.se/~dast/svn (developers list) which is Google
searchable. There I found this link:

There are some comments w.r.t. the script, but it should be useable for now.
