steps:
1.launch oo and new a text document
2.input some mess word "fhskfjskdfj"
3.enable spell check and check the suggestion box
defect:
it will show suggestion word but not "no suggestion".
but in OO3.4_r1327774 it show "no suggestion".
please see the screenshot for detailed info.

I think it is no release blocker and probably no issue at all
Keep in mind that we have update the version of Hunspell and potentially the
search/matching algorithm got improved. The suggestions from 3.4.1 looks not
bad compared to the input. Well you inserted nonsense and got at least 2
suggestions trying to help you.
