   when I change the assert check to:
   ```c++
     ICHECK_EQ(target->kind->device_type == kDLVulkan || target->kind->device_type == kDLWebGPU, true)
         << "SPIRVSupport can only be checked for vulkan or WebGPU device type";
   ```
   
   Compiling the model is successful.
