Repository path for GSOC projects

Hi GSoC students,

This is for everyone whose projects are new projects and are not
contributions to an existing project.

Please contribute your code to the following repository path.
https://github.com/apache/airavata-sandbox/tree/master/gsoc2022/

You may create a folder for your project inside the "gsoc2022" folder and
make a pull request. Please respond to this mailing thread if you have any
questions.
