Patch to fix the pom.

Also adds an eclipse.moxy profile to test with it (lots of tests failing, working on trying to create a bug report for them).

Note: you need to also "svn rm src/main/java/org/apache/jcp/xml/dsig/internal/dom/DOMCryptoBinary.java"
