Project: Mynewt. Uses JIRA name MYNEWT
The committers are already referencing the JIRA ticket number but it is not automatically resolving tickets.

Pull requests are often generated from github.

We would like commits to trigger an update of a JIRA ticket when the ticket number (e.g. MYNEWT-1234) is used in the commit message. 

We are using Git and we do not want to any the service to ignore any branch.
