New requirements, refined at Hackathon

 Hello. 8-)
 Attached or at http://www.idoox.com/~jacek/requirements.html or in
the CVS in xml-axis/java/docs/requirements.html is the new set of
requirements for the Axis project. It is not in any particular order. 
 This document shows what do we want to do and when, your comments
will be appreciated.
