Amoro Cost formula query

Hi all,

I've been reading through the self-optimizing planner and love some
background on the below formula.

cost = (fragment + rewriteSegment + undersized) × 2
+ rewritePosSegment / 10
+ posDelete + eqDelete
+ fileCount × read.split.open-file-cost
