IllegalStateException closing my modal

When closing my modal (modal.close()) I get this:

IllegalStateException: ServletRequest does not contain multipart content

Multipart is not set on my form, so I'm not sure why this is
happening...

Any ideas? I'm kind of stuck on this one.
