Observed Behavior:
The instructions for org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.CompactionTool suggest using the pre-95 hbase format:
{code}Examples:
 To compact the full 'TestTable' using MapReduce:
 $ bin/hbase org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.CompactionTool -mapred hdfs:///hbase/TestTable{code}

Expected behavior:
It should now take into account namespaces, for example:
{code}
hdfs:///hbase/data/default/TestTable
{code}
