volunteer needed for writing instrumentation howto

Hi all,

we're looking to get the instrument packages in excalibur released (as 
they're a common dependency, they're high on the release process list). 
There are two howto pages in avalon-excalibur/instrument/src/xdocs which 
still need to be written, and the package perhaps can use some more docs 
on various things as well.

patches would be nice :D
