Error building demos

The demos require DB2 Universal driver (JCC) to be in the class path
when building. It's not mentioned in the BUILDING.txt file, however I
don't think this should be required for any build at the apache site.

Maybe the demo could be modified to load the JCC data source indirectly
(by Class.forName) and set any properties using reflection as most Java
bean properties are set.
