Tomcat error, BeginnerQuestion

I am using Tomcat4.0.3.
I have removed xerces and placed xalanXXX, xercesXXX and xml-apis.jar
and change entries in web.xml and restarted the tomcat. I got following
exception. I am using Cocoon2.0.2.
