[Bug 3492] UNIQUE_WORDS and UPPERCASE_25_50 cause GPG encrypted messages to be marked as spam

Inline encrypted messages are dead anyway -- multipart messages are the way to 
go :) 
 
Seriously: We once had a negative rule for PGP messages, but that's rather 
easy to fake and hide a whole spam mail with that. What could work though is 
making those rules meta-rules which ignore the whole message if they look like 
PGP signed stuff.
