problem in using within

Hi, I am using <t:inputFileUpload> to upload a file. The form containing this
tag in engraved in a <t:panelTabbledPane> within <t:panelTab>. The inclusion
is done by <f:subview>+<jsp:include>. Now this thing is not working. But if
I just get the form of <t:inputFileUpload> out of the panelTabbedPane then
the thing is working fine. What's the problem and how could I solve it....
