permissions problems on files

hi,

can someone please fix these ?


send_files failed to open //dist/httpd/apache_1.3.19-ia64-ibm-aix5.1.tar.Z.asc: Permission denied
send_files failed to open //foundation/CVS/Entries: Permission denied
